DEVELOPING CROSS-BORDER COOPERATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION: RESEARCH OF DIRECTIONS

چکیده

The relevance of cross-border higher education cooperation in Russia is conditioned by the state policy border geostrategic territories integrated development under conditions globalization development, regionalization, growing migration flows population, including educational mobility. main idea that at present a high level conceptualization training pedagogical and managerial personnel sphere space as an integral scientific system highly needed. aim research to substantiate directions education, management for period up 2030. methodological basis study interdisciplinary paradigm analysis education. We examine summarise on from 1993 2020, conduct systematic search theories protection, borderology, discuss results implications practice. used content relevant 313 empirical studies published between 2017-2021, journals included international databases Scopus, Web Science, Google Scholar Elibrary. theories, models, perspectives, potentials global dimensions were explored, borderology political science represented. problems models institutions post-Soviet are highlighted. most significant results: a) necessity creation federal universities field was substantiated; b) possibilities realization master's programs managers training, formation with systematized; c) issues developed. concludes discussion formulation new Information about transboundary can be when planning scientific, educational, scientific-methodological projects science.
